Lela & Penryn are SO badass! I’d add Rose from the VA series… Haven’t read Bloodlines yet so I wouldn’t know if Sydney is good. Great choices 🙂

Love Katniss, Penryn, and Sydney! They are all freaking awesome! I haven’t read any of the others on your list, but I have The Kiss of Deception sitting on my shelf waiting on me 🙂

I’ve only read the Kate Daniels series and watched The Hunger Games movies. They are definitely super bad-ass. Very handy with their respective weapons!

I would have to say that my favorite heroine of all time is Aerin from The Hero and the Crown. Such a great book, and female protagonist.

Yay for Penryn! I really like her – she was on my list too. I also like Lia from The Kiss of Deception. Even if I thought the book could have been better, but she was a strong heroine.

Some great choices! I remember when I first started reading the Bloodlines series, a lot of people weren’t that crazy about Sydney. They compared her to Rose, and she’s just a completely different kind of person. She did grow and change a lot and I loved that. I’m about to start The Ruby Circle 🙂

Oh I came SO close to putting Sydney and changed my mind last minute! I was going to put her for character growth too. Yay for Lela! Katniss is always awesome. 🙂 I have to read most of the others, even though I’ve briefly met Kate. 🙂 Great list hun!

Penryn! Super badass. Love her. But terrified about that ending!
Sydney – agreed! Such amazing growth over the 6 books. I’m gonna miss her.
Lela is fantastic too. I love how strong she is, but I also love it when she finally shows her vulnerabilities.
Held Against You sounds good! Super angsty?

Ah, I do love Rachel. I mean, talk about a BA character. If only I weren’t an inch over five feet… maybe punching people would hold more weight:) Tripp is almost done, and I gotta say, even though it’s his story, I fell in love with Rachel and her strong I won’t back down attitude all over again. Much love. I adore Katniss, but I can’t decide if that’s because I adore Jennifer Lawrence so much:) xoxo
