It’s been a few weeks since I shared that I was working on a Sexual Health & Wellness Guide. Now, I am stoked to share with you that it is finally done and HERE!

What drove me to write this guide? Well, since becoming a Pure Romance consultant, I have helped many women on their Sexual Health journey, and I want to help MORE people, not just those in my immediate area.

A lot of women are not only ashamed to admit they’ve never had an orgasm, or unaware of products to boost pleasure, but many share their fear of communicating with their partners about sex; such as their wants, needs, and fantasies. Some, even basic anatomy.

Sexual Health, and sex in general, is one of my passions. Sex, whether we are having it or not, is such a HUGE part of our everyday life, and affects a lot of aspects in our relationships.

Sexual Health and wellness Guide

Who is the Sexual Health & Wellness Guide for?

Anyone! If you are single, married, in a committed relationship, or in an open relationship, this guide is to teach you more about your body, tips to communicate with your partner (now, or in the future!), and explore your body.

While most of my experience is primarily with those with a vulva and their partners, this guide is also helpful for those that identify as a male and/or have a penis.

My goal, and passion, is to educate and help as many people as possible gain the confidence to own their sex life, explore their bodies to discover what satisfies them, and educate them about sex, products, and everything in between!

What Is The Guide Designed NOT To Do?

This guide is not designed to help with sexual identities, tips for contraception, safe sex, or general anatomy.

Why?

To write a guide that entails all of those things, plus what I have in the guide, would be about the length of a full-size novel.

Safe sex practices and contraception are extremely important, but those need to be discussed with your medical provider, and your partner. The part of this guide that does focus on communication will help you with that.

In addition, I do not have the training to aid individuals struggling with their sexual identity, and as much as I would love to help individuals with this, I am just not qualified.

Rather, I am qualified to help guide you on the best sexual experience.

Will There Be More From You After This?

YES!

Here on Vivacious Bibliophile, I will be sharing blog posts frequently with relationship advice, sex, toy recommendations, and more. (Like, why morning sex is AMAZING sex!)

In addition, this guide will be put into an eBook format with extras & bonuses available to purchase soon! I am also considering taking on more clients to help with their sexual health questions, guidance, and more. If you are interested in that, get on my waitlist and I will be in touch soon!

Thank you! It’s such a passion of mine for women especially, to embrace their sex life. I hate how taboo it still is!

I appreciate your feedback and if you sign up for guide, I hope you find it helpful! Although since you worked in a shop, some of it might not be new info!

Great idea for an ebook – this sounds like a really useful read! sexual health and wellness is talked about more now but i think there’s still a big stigma attached (especially for women). Good to see more resources out there for it!

I’ve signed up for the course! Although I have a pretty wonderful sex life you can always learn more, right? I think this is such an important topic and one that women in particular aren’t usually encouraged to talk about, so I think it’s fantastic that you’ve released this! Go you!

As someone that is an educator, I find new things to learn all the time! Yes, women especially get embarrassed and don’t talk much about sex, their sex life, or anything related. Which, I get because I was like that for a long time, too! My goal is to share as much as I can with others and encourage them to embrace their sex life, and let them know that there IS someone out there that will talk with them about it.

I hope you enjoy it! There’s a bonus story about my first trip to an adult store. LOL
