
Gifted | It was fate that I was contacted by Openfit to try their app and share it with you, my fellow readers. I was wondering what I’d do to jumpstart my journey again and bam! The email came in.
Quite honestly, I’m super disappointed that I have RESTARTING in the title at all. After losing 22 pounds, you’d think that would be a key motivator to keep going, right?
But it wasn’t. And that sucks.
I feel like a failure when it comes to my wellness and fitness. Sure, I can say life got “in the way,” and things were busy, but I can’t use those as an excuse. Excuses keep you from your goals, right? The last thing I want to do is make excuses. Owning that Everything Else became more important is imperative so I’m in the right mindset to start again.
Which brings me to The Openfit app! I’m super excited to start a 30-day workout plan and nutrition plan. I will share before and after pics on a wrap up (review) post and share more details about what Openfit has to offer.

Restarting My Fitness Journey With Openfit

Openfit is an online streaming platform for your fitness and wellness journey and lifestyle. You can join live workout classes, challenges, or stream content. In their app, they have a place to create your own personalized nutrition plan and tons of recipes as well.
Also, they have fitness and nutrition experts you can talk to for guidance. Pretty awesome, right?
As far as their workouts go, there are a variety of different programs to choose from. 10-minute workouts (600 Seconds), yoga, Xtend Barre, Rough Around the Edges, A Running Program, Pilates, and even a tough mudder prep.
What I will be doing is super basic – 600 seconds – Lose Weight Tone Up. This program is 3 weeks long – and has several different options to chose from. I will report my progress after 21 days and decide what program I’m doing from there!

Ahh, goodluck!
Ive used a similar app before, Beach Body on demand – as my friend is a coach for them.. worked a while, and then I was overworking At work where id get 6days a week for a month and a half and well…. it got drifted 😂🤦🏽♀️
Now Though, id wanna start going to the actual gyM… just Because I only go home and to work.. so thatd add me some extra social that I need 🙈😅

I’ve too, used Beachbody before, and love 21-day fix. That is how I started my fitness journey last time. I do miss the gym terribly, though. I may have to add that in after I do the 21 day 600-second workout.
