Monthly Wrap Up // March 2019

FacebookTweetPinEmailShares4

Hello!

Well. There’s been a lot of change happening around here, I don’t know how much to even SHARE. Heck, where do I even START?

  • I’ve seen rapid growth on my blog and social media, and it makes me SO happy and proud of myself. Seriously. We need to celebrate ALL of our successes.
  • I hit 10k comments. I was really surprised! That avg is 138 a month. Can we get to 140 for April!?
  • I started a Newsletter! You can sign up below. Or during that annoying pop up that will be coming shortly.
  • Last month, I told you about not getting the promotion that I was after for MONTHS. But I did get a different one. It wasn’t what I exactly WANTED, but at least I’m moving. Plus more $$ YES
  • I completely failed on the Fitness front. I took 2 FULL WEEKS off.  The mind is a powerful thing, and when I get caught up in my own head, I tend to just… shut down. It’s something I’ve struggled with and been working on. And something you’ll continue to hear about here on the blog and in my Newsletter!
  • We started Flag Football! And by WE, I mean my youngest. He is a natural. I’m super excited about the upcoming season.

I’m so excited for you! Both the blog and at work. You are killing it! Hopefully now that you’ve got the ball rolling on those two fronts, you’ll feel better able to get back to your fitness routine.

I’ve been getting back into reading a lot more. I’m still working on getting the treadmill in during the week. I made my weight goal for the month, but totally fell flat on my exercise and nutrition goals. I’m excited about your new newsletter. I’m hoping to get lots of motivation from it. Do people reply to it to start conversation or is it for reading only? I wasn’t sure.

I hope so! You know me, always trying to juggle 1,001 things at once!

I’ve had a few people reply and chat through the emails! I try to open it up for readers to reply. Did you sign up for the Fitness one too, or just the weekly?

Well you can only work on so many things at once. The blog is going well. You got a better job. You have great books to read. You’ll just keep on the other things over time. Have a great week!

Congrats on the well-deserved blog growth! Your blog is awesome and deserves it, I love stopping by. 🙂 And congrats on the promotion. Even if it’s not exactly what you want, it’s still a step forward. You’ll get back to exercising (and so will I…eventually). There are only so many balls we can keep in the air at one time.

    Here’s to another great month!

I haven’t been as committed to exercising this year as I was last year. Hopefully, now that it is getting warmer maybe I will get back into walking. Congrats on all the comments. See my March Wrap-up at Girl Who Reads

Congrats on your blog growth. I know I’m happy to have found you to share all things bookish with. Great job on your audiobook challenge so far this year! Speaking of exercise, as I dragged myself out of bed this morning to go for a run, I kept thinking how much easier it would be to just go back to bed. Some days are so much harder than others, especially when the weather is not ideal.

Congrats on the blog growth and the promotion! You are doing awesome on the audiobook front. I am just finally getting back into audiobooks so I’m a bit behind in my challenge.
My little one plays flag football too, right now he’s in baseball. I hope flag football season is awesome for ya’ll!

I hope you have a wonderful April.
