Spring, Please Come Already // Weekly Wrap Up

Weekly Wrap Up is a weekly post in which I recap the week, showcase new books received, and highlight what’s to come! Link posted to The Sunday Post (hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.)

Hello!

Blog

  • Milestone hit! 10,000 comments. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
  • I’m looking for small business to have on the blog. If you run one or know someone that would be interested, let me know.

Life

  • It’s been SO cold this past week, I’m over it and ready for Spring.
  • I mentioned it on my Monthly recap, but I did not get the promotion. I’m still upset about it, but hopefully, something comes up soon. What’s meant to be is meant to be!
  • My first softball game is coming up this week. Wish us luck!
  • I am working with a mortgage lender and making progress to buy a house. It’s very easy? Yet stressful.

Fitness

  • I’m making great progress on my goals. (if you missed that, I shared on my Fitness Instagram what my goals were. Follow along.)
  • I may be picking up running again. I haven’t decided yep because running 😭

Share with me:

  • How was your week?
  • Share a funny story!

Sorry your didn’t get the promotion. Maybe it means bigger things are waiting for you.
I want to buy a house, just not sure where yet, that is our struggle. NJ is just so expensive but moving the kids will be hard for them.

I am over winter also, I am so ready for spring, just not the pollen. 🙂

I hope you have a great week, Tonyalee! Happy Reading!

Yes spring needs to get its ass in gear! I’m so sick of the crappy weather. And congrats on 10k followers! That’s awesome!

I need Killing November- that one looks so good.

Congrats on 10,000 comments, that’s amazing!

I too am SO over being cold. I don’t mind the cold weather, I don’t mind gray skies or snow, but I’m tired of my house being so cold all the time! The cold here has just been *so* bitter this year that I’m practically desperate for summer at this point.

Bummer on the promotion, but hopefully it’s a closed door, open window situation and better things are waiting for you. 🙂

That’s exciting news about taking the steps to buy a house. Hope all goes smoothly there. I’ve been through the process twice and found it to be mainly providing a ridiculous amount of information/documentation. I plan on starting Daisy Jones & The Six sometimes today – just as soon as I can carve out some reading time. Have fun at softball this week!
