and the clocks go back

Weekly Wrap Up is a weekly post in which I recap the week, showcase new books received, and highlight what’s to come! Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s reviewsThe Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Blog

  • Whelp. Didn’t get much done. I woke up sick on Monday and have been dragging ever since. Yay!
  • The HoHoHo Readathon is just a week away. Sign up for a fun readathon, challenges, and yes, giveaways!
  • I don’t remember how I managed to… grow my blog how I did when I started; I am struggling this time around. Thoughts?

Life

  • As I mentioned, I’ve been sick! Not much reading, blogging, hanging out time. Halloween was boring which makes me sad because it’s one of my favorite days. We only had one trick or treater. So more candy for me I suppose!
  • My days are now shorter thanks to the end of Daylight Savings Time. Can we just not do this anymore?

Fitness

  • I didn’t work out at all this week. Stupid illness.

So sorry to hear you were sick. I had a touch of some kind of cold that hit me in a different body section every day. It was frustrating. My husband had it worse though, so I’m going to count myself lucky. I’m trying to get an Etsy store running so between working on that and the blog, I tend to be behind on one or the other most of the time. I also need to spend more time on myself. There is going to be a LONG resolution list this year. I think I’m going to design a planner type insert that will incorporate all the things I want to fit in a day and have a place to journal and keep track. I hope you’re feeling better and can get back to yourself this week!

Yeah these past two weeks have been rough! I hope now you are both doing better!

Oh a new Etsy store! Let me know when it’s up! 🙂

I would absolutely love to get rid of daylight savings too, I find all the darkness so depressing. It makes me lazy too. Hope you are feeling better. As for growing the blog, I feel I know so little, most of my old buddies no longer blog and I know my followers are way down. Maybe not in follower numbers, but definitely in actual views.

Yeah, how I grew Lilybloombooks isn’t working to go it now after the name change and all this time. I can’t find my bearings.

There is and it SUCKS! Hopefully since we all got it basically at the same time, this is IT.

Glad you’re part of the Readathon!
