Weekly Wrap Up (98)

Weekly Wrap Up is a weekly post in which I recap posts, showcase new books and highlight what’s to come! Also, I share a pic of the week and share discussion posts that caught my eye*. Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s reviewsThe Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

Hey Hey!

Just a heads up – I am participating in the 2016 Love-A-Thon so I may clog your feed this weekend! If you haven’t heard of the Love-A-Thon; it’s a weekend event with challenges, meeting new people and loving on all your bloggers friends, authors and the like!

In other news, work was stressful as per usual. However, today is my kiddo’s first lacrosse game of the season (so now you can look forward to many, many pictures!) I am also going to a signing tonight, (hopefully) so there’s that!

The Cure series is really good. The conflict really makes you think about balance and what would happen if we DID remove emotions!

Coming over from Twitter! I didn’t have time to do Love-A-Thon – gone most of today and I work tomorrow, but I need to make some rounds and comment! I just finished My Friendship with Oscar Wilde by Lord Alfred Douglas; it was a good autobiography, though it does read a bit slower! LOL

I wasn’t able to participate much because of the schedule and LIFE, but it’s so much fun!

I am not much of a non fiction reader but I have been wanting to expand. Any recs?

I have not but I want to SO bad! I tried reading another retelling late last year that didn’t really work for me. So I am hoping Unhooked does! How is it?
